Alset Forex Fund (AFF) is a closed annual fund, under the EIF rules in Gibraltar,
as regulated by the Financial Services Commission.
The fund is structured on the 30+3 model, with management performance fees drawn down by AFF Management quarterly, based on the industry standard High Water Mark system.
Quarterly NAV (net asset value) is calculated by VFS who will administer the Fund according to Gibraltar regulations, and provide in-country directors and all AIFM and MiFID requirements. Annual accounts to be scrutinised and signed off by PWC.
