The company is the result of a merger between two companies, Maritima Altair (established in 1975) and Petromar (established in 1977). In 1994, the merger was performed in order to take advantage of operational synergies and thus offer a value added to our clients. From that point on the company expanded its operations throughout Latin America to service companies based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Chile and Peru.
