Established in 2019 as a Lebanese Kitchen, our vision was to serve fusion food in the most fresh, hygienic, and healthy way possible using technology. Today, we are proud to have over 8 stores across various locations like Kaloor, Edapally, Kalamassery, Aluva, Calicut, Kollam, Trivandrum, Perinthalmanna, and Bangalore. We are among the top favorite food destinations in every location, both online and offline, and we are grateful to our customers for choosing Al Taza. We understand that the food we serve is only as good as its ingredients, which is why we use no artificial colors or preservatives in our food. We are proud to say that we have never failed any inspections conducted by government authorities to date. At Al Taza, we take hygiene very seriously and follow strict protocols to ensure that. All our food is processed and prepared in a state-of-the-art central kitchen, which serves as the backbone of every Al Taza kitchen. With the capacity and logistical technology to serve outlets as far as 200Kms away, we ensure that our food is always fresh, no matter where you are.
