Alter creates architectural surfaces, tiles, slabs, and objects, cast using recycled cement, reclaimed stone, and mineral oxides. Every piece is made to order, ensuring minimal waste and no excess inventory. We stay away from resins and VOCs, staying true to a low-impact, cement-based material approach. Each design is part of a growing fixed library: graphic in form, available in 30+ colorways, and engineered to last. Edges are left crisp. Pigment bleeds are deliberate. Texture is matte and honest, what you see is what you feel. We don’t imitate natural stone or hide variation, we highlight it. Alter surfaces are developed to be lived with, weathered, and remembered.
