Alumni Mentor is an international mentoring program run by and for AIESEC Alumni in cooperation with Kingmakers - a company specializing in development programs for organizations, teams and leaders. Mentors are experienced AIESEC Alumni. Mentees are people who left the organization recently and are in the early stages of their professional career.

- You’re a former member of AIESEC.
- You have 10+ years of experience and successes in the specific industry.
- You want to build leadership competencies for talent development as a professional mentor.
- You can devote time to training and meetings with your mentee.
- You are (or wish to become) a formal member of the AIESEC alumni association in your country.
- You’re not a coach or mentor by profession, you don’t specialize in HR development.
