Basketball as a lifestyle is what we hope to achieve. And who says basketball cannot be enjoyed, alone? Kids aged 11- 16 spend Sunday mornings with us to learn how to use basketball as a tool, to keep fit, as we creatively mash strength and conditioning drills with basketball fundamentals, where kids learn that as much as basketball is a team sport- they can enjoy the game alone anytime, just as much! With this, kids learn how to use basketball as a tool to unwind for a good sweat, and as they grow older, to still carve out time to remain active and healthy!
