Through coaching, I support my clients with personal and business goals by raising self-awareness of strengths and motivational drivers, challenging limiting beliefs, identifying the root cause of issues and building a way forward. I help coaches turn their passion for coaching into an authentic and viable business to make a living whilst making a difference. Through coaching and mentoring, I support coaches in developing a business mindset and offering marketing tools and tips to drive their business growth. As a supervisor, I work with coaches on their ongoing professional development. I create a safe and confidential space for open and reflective conversations about challenges, achievements, strengths, blind spots that coaches face. I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the sessions, also offering guidance when needed.
