AM Coatings BV brings innovation to the world of antimicrobial coatings. AM Coatings is developing and delivering antimicrobal resins based on AM inside®, with wide scale applications: from baby’s room to homes for the aged, and from food packaging to bathrooms. Also applicable to numerous other materials: from ship’s hulls to flags, and from stucco to window-frames. Coatings with AM inside® do not contain biocides, so there will be no resistance to harmful microbes. In popular language: AM inside® provides a tiny but strong layer of ‘electric fencing’in the coating, on which the microbes will be electrocuted.
