AM3D

The AM3D software product suite is developed and supplied by Goertek Europe, which is part of Goertek Inc. The activities of Goertek Europe are based in Denmark. The AM3D software product suite, contains of a collection of audio processing software to create true 3D audio, audio enhancement and spatial effects. The AM3D world-class audio processing software powers millions of smartphones, tablets, TVs, Bluetooth devices and automotive systems across the world, improving the existing hardware. AM3D hold several patents on audio enhancement and 3D audio technologies. AM3D began in 1997 as a commercial offspring of research activities at Aalborg University in Denmark. The company AM3D A/S was formally establish in 2003 and from 2016 Goertek Inc. acquired AM3D A/S. AM3D is now merged with Goertek, but the AM3D brand and product suite continues.
