Independent estimator to provide written Xactimate estimates for residential water mitigation, fire mitigation, mold remediation and asbestos abatement. If you’re not ready to hire a full time estimator or you’re just short staffed, I offer the service to cover your temporary or long term needs. On-site inspections to ensure accurate estimate and documentation. I’ll meet with your team at the site when the work is almost complete to collect the measurements, photos and create your Xactimate estimate. Once completed I’ll send it to you in ESX format along with a PDF. The service is available as needed with no long term commitment. I’ve been in the industry almost 15 years and understand the devastation people go through when a loss happens at their home. This industry is a big help in getting their homes back and if I can be a small part in making that happen, it’s an awesome feeling.
