At Amal Al Yateem, we are committed to uplifting vulnerable communities through holistic care, education, and empowerment. With a focus on addressing the diverse needs of underserved populations in Uganda, we provide support in areas such as orphans support, education, skills development, community empowerment, and emergency relief. Our work is driven by the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Our programs touch the lives of many, offering access to quality education, vocational training, and sustainable development. In Uganda, where over 38% of the population lives in absolute poverty (according to the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development), we are working to bridge the gap by empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to break the cycle of poverty. Through our Skills Development program, we equip people with the practical skills to achieve economic independence, while our Climate Action initiatives help create environmentally sustainable communities.
