AMAT UK

AMAT is a Kent-based charity providing rapid and direct access to suitable, safe and secure accommodation for homeless people or those at risk of homelessness. AMAT has provided housing and support services to people who have faced homelessness for over 21 years and always looks to work with those who may have already been excluded from other projects. AMAT does not exclude anyone permanently as we believe that people need the opportunity to change. In order to achieve change, AMAT works effectively with relevant key agencies to share best practise across the sector, and exercises an ethic of flexibility, bearing in mind the real understanding that no two individuals are the same. AMAT is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. There are lots of ways in which you can help support AMAT to ensure that we can continue to provide our support to the homeless and vulnerable people in Medway, and we will be posting fundraising events and job vacancies on this page as they arise.
