We offer a full design service covering Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Services. Established in 1992, we pride ourselves on our understanding of the needs of the client and the other design team members. We have an informed view of the particular working requirements of our Clients, especially with regard to government projects, office developments, catering, healthcare and laboratories. The Company was founded on the basis of providing creative innovative design and a high level of service to our clients. The success of the Company has been due to repeat commissions from clients and recommendations from clients and other design team members. The Company is committed to providing sound advice and well engineered designs with due regard to specific project requirements. These may include functionality, safety, cost, aesthetics, maintenance, statutory regulations, programme and other factors as appropriate. It is Company policy to employ Engineers with experience within various sectors of the industry and ensure that they undertake a varied workload within the Company in order that there is a cross fertilisation of ideas. Building appraisals are undertaken for Clients considering purchasing or leasing buildings. We have carried out inspections and provided condition surveys for estate management purposes.
