REGULATORY - Scope of activities in regulatory area involves the cooperation with registration authorities of medicinal products for human use, medical devices, cosmetics, or food supplements on behalf of our partners in the Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
DISTRIBUTION AND LOGISTICS -Distribution and logistics department is responsible for a range of logistic activities starting from forecast placement to production sites, payment control, collection and preparation of sales & stocks reports, warehouse stocks control, legal documents issuance, supervision of road/air logistics procedures and orders dispatch from Ambiance customs warehouse directly to Azerbaijan and Georgia.
PRICE REGULATION - Price regulation procedure has been in progress in Azerbaijan since 2016 and since then Ambiance LLC has been in close cooperation with Tariff (price) Council of Azerbaijan Republic at MoE by the means of negotiation and of analyzing data.
PHARMACOVIGILANCE - On behalf of our international partners, Ambiance LLC has been providing full pharmacovigilance service, which covers the whole process from collecting information on adverse reactions, submission of adverse drug reaction reports, if applicable, and Periodic Reports submission to the National Competent Authorities.
