- As interim manager, we take ownership for a department or a team and commit to improve. We embrace assignments to structure processes and organisations, and to make people more effective. In due time, we hand over the organisation to new management. Our specialty is working as interim CIO or programme director in a responsible Business/IT function.
- In our change management practice we quickly prepare quarters, and define the context for change (stakeholders, governance, vision). Next we will lead the transformation in a powerful way, and anchor the change so it will last.
- As programme manager we ensure strong and powerful leadership for a portfolio, program or project. We use leading agile and project management methods, like MSP, Lean, SaFe, Prince2, IPMA and Scrum, and have extensive experience with working by means of projects.
