Effect-Based Analyses Our effect-based analyses measure the impact of a wide range of harmful substances, rather than just the concentrations of a few selected substances as in traditional chemical analyses. We use these analyses to identify: • Endocrine-disrupting substances • Persistent organic pollutants • Plastic additives • Dioxins, PAHs, oxy-PAHs, PACs, DDT, and its metabolites Effect-based analysis provides valuable data that enables better decision-making for risk assessments and mitigation measures. Ecotoxicological Testing We conduct tests using earthworms and springtails, which are natural bioindicators that respond to environmental pollution. Our tests comply with international standards (ISO and OECD) and provide valuable insights into ecosystem health. Earthworms are also used to study chemical uptake and bioaccumulation, including PFAS. Advanced PAH Analysis Our advanced PAH analysis offers a comprehensive chemical evaluation, providing detailed insights into the concentrations of various polycyclic aromatic compounds (PACs) in different sample types. Our method provides information on: • PAHs: Carcinogenic and endocrine-disrupting substances • Oxy-PAHs: Formed during PAH degradation • Alkylated PAHs: Found in crude oil and petroleum products • NSO-PACs: Heterocyclic compounds from industrial processes and oil We can detect very low concentrations and provide an overview of PAC compiunds. The analysis can also be tailored to trace contamination distribution and to identify sources.
