Ambiris originally started as a company specialising in placing mid-level to executive level sales candidates globally and we have recruiters who have made placements in Europe, the United States, Latin/ South America, and Asia for sales candidates across a wide range of industries. As of 2024 Ambiris have expanded into a range of industries including IT, Life Science, Construction, Property, Marine and Renewable Energy and have hired Divisional Heads with a combined 53 years of experience between them to lead these divisions. As a new recruitment start-up we believe that the phrase to define us is that we are Small enough to care, Experienced enough to understand and Determined enough to Succeed. Our core values are that we like to trade with trust and transparency and that when a deal is done that everyone should be happy. We believe that by sourcing and working with some of the strongest candidates available on the market that at the end of any process we succeed in leaving all sides more than satisfied with the results. Through these core values we aim to create lasting relationships with clients that go far beyond the initial placement of just the one candidate. Ambiris was started by our Managing Director Connor Kerr who after climbing the ranks in his previous role from starting with nothing to becoming a senior manager and continuously one of the company’s top 3 salespeople per year he decided to follow his dream of starting his own agency. Connor is a focused and determined individual looking to turn Ambiris into an established and leading company in not just UK recruitment but a recognised agency globally.
