Ambition Labs offers a new breed of residential programs for young adults. We are a residential, professional accelerator. Alongside our experts, young adults learn independent living skills and a design thinking approach to address life’s challenges with problem-solving that is structured, yet flexible. Design thinking is an essential and highly valued skillset across all industries. Time spent at Ambition Labs is a celebrated achievement, an elite membership that enhances a resume, not diminishes it. Through a blend of daily on-site interactions, expert guidance, and design thinking methodologies, we teach essential life skills like cooking, cleaning, and budgeting while developing members to envision and craft their ideal futures. Here, they not only master the basics but also cultivate an elite network, learn to prototype life choices, and take action towards creating lives filled with purpose and fulfillment. Ambition Labs is an accelerator designed to equip young adults with the tools for success by design. Ambition Labs is an initiative under Community Partnerships, a 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2004.
