Al sinds 1971 haalt AMCO strorijke paardenmest op bij o.a. maneges, stoeterijen, renbanen en handelsstallen. Door de jaren heen zijn we uitgegroeid tot de grootste in deze bedrijfstak. Tegenwoordig bedienen we bijna 2.000 klanten in Nederland, België en Duitsland.
We vervoeren de paardenmest naar ons zusterbedrijf CNC Grondstoffen in Milsbeek en Moerdijk. Hier wordt de mest op een milieuvriendelijke wijze verwerkt tot een voedingsbodem voor de champignonteelt. De naam AMCO is een afkorting van ‘Algemene MestCentrale Ottersum’. AMCO is een dochterbedrijf van CNC Holding, een groep toonaangevende bedrijven in de Europese paddenstoelensector.
