Amcor Management Group Canada Ltd. (wholly owned by Amcor Management Group, LLC.-Amcor US) Amcor US is a multi-faceted company with 4 divisions providing services in the USA and Canada: 1) Management Consulting - Business management, development, strategic planning, capital acquisition, contract negotiation, operational and sales support, facility design and professional services oversight/liaison for US and Canadian firms in various markets. 2) General Contracting - An Arizona licensed (ROC# 315674) and bonded general contractor (KB-1) providing full management and construction services on projects in Arizona and project oversight on projects in Nevada and Canada. 3) Investment Support Division - Review, analysis, due diligence management and assistance in preparing for and presenting to investors to secure capital via debt and/or equity for privately held projects in various sectors and industries in the US and Canada. 4) Medical Marijuana Consulting Division – Application preparation, site design, business management, construction management, design and project management. Currently working with several Medical Marijuana applicants in Canada, Medical Marijuana Dispensary’s, and licensed producers in both Canada and the USA. A few include: a final stage (affirmation received, completing final build) 40k sq. ft. indoor cultivation recently merged with a public company (July 2018) a late stage (Review) 60k Sq. ft. greenhouse cultivation, an early stage 30k sq. ft. indoor cultivation, an early stage 25k sq. ft. greenhouse cultivation, a final stage (affirmation received, final construction) 20k sq.ft. indoor project (all in Ontario) and several new projects in BC. Amcor is working with the Phoenix Dispensary, an Arizona fully licensed dispensary (https://www.leafly.com/dispensary-info/the-phoenix-dispensary and Tolleson Supply Company, a 50k sq. ft. indoor cultivation that received its full license in April 2018 in Arizona.
