AMD International Srl is specialized in design, manufacturing and assembling of several products for Chemical, Petrochemical, Industrial plants and environmental. Our main products are: Pressure Vessels, Columns, Flare Systems, Filter Houses for Turbo–Compressor Plants, Piping, Fired Heaters, Heat Exchangers, Inlet and Exhaust Ducts, Steel Structures. Furthermore, AMD deals with the erection of Air Coolers– Air Condenser. AMD facilities in Rombiolo (VV): • Workshop 10600 sqm • External area for handling and storage 16200 sqm • Warehouse 500 Sqm • Offices area 180 Sqm Total Yard Capacity 33300 Sqm External area can be used for trial fit of big dimension items. AMD workshop is equipped with modern rooms for Sandblasting, Painting, Pickling & Passivation of Stainless Steel material and a furnace for PWHT. Thanks the consolidated manufacturing experience, AMD is able to give a proficient cooperation to the fabrication industrial plants. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AMD plans and coordinates all project activities from the award of the purchase order to the delivery of the goods in the respect of contractual dates and obligations . The Project Managers are responsible for all project activities and procedures; they are supported by an efficient data processing (EDP) system whose scope is monitoring all operative units: • Planning of critical paths; • Define project milestones; • Planning and cooperating with engineering activities; • Reporting of Cost Control; • Purchasing and Monitoring the raw materials production and delivery; • Monitoring and reporting production process. Project Managers’ figure consists of giving a constant flow of information from and to the Customers in order to ensure a good result of the Project and the satisfaction of the Customers
