The Ok Tedi River Heavy Minerals Project is an advanced tailings sand retreatment exploration project and provides the company with near term production potential. The project focusses on the substantial volumes of tailings material that have been generated from the large Ok Tedi Copper and Gold mine. In 2018, AMD successfully completed the maiden 2012 JORC Inferred Resource of 15Mt high grade magnetite, 254,919 oz recoverable gold and 5Mt sulphides
