Mental health is very close to my heart. After the early success in my homemade cooking startups, I took a giant stride to enter in restaurant business with premium cuisines but the business did not pick up as expected. I have a terrible financial difficulties to shut it down with a hefty financial loss and the shock sends to me a terrible state of minds. For the first time of my life I feel alone and the world is not a place for me.
But I came back out of depression due to education, financial support and self belief. What occurs me that my family has no clue how to help me as their are plenty of places for physical fitness but very few for mental fitness.
That is when I feel to build Amendcare - your mind our care.
