Amer Group is the umbrella company for subsidiaries engaged in hospitality, construction, real estate development and agriculture. Amer has long been a major player in Egypt’s hospitality industry but is best-known for its prestigious resorts, such as Porto Marina and Porto Golf on the northern coast and Porto Sokhna on the RedSea. Besides owning a growing portfolio of five-star hotels, the Group owns and operates international restaurant franchises. These are Carino’s (countryside Italian cuisine), Alain le Notre (French patisserie and café) and Chilis (casual dining).
