American Surveys LLC

Benjamin “Benji” Pitsker established, “Pitsker & Associates” in Conifer, Colorado. The company stayed in business under "Pitsker" until 2016, when Benji retired to live in town, and our current owner, Bob, took over. At the beginning of 2018, we changed our name to “American Surveys, LLC.” When Bob was younger, he worked in land survey, before moving on to start his own businesses in other fields. Looking for a change of pace, he came back to land survey for a "breath of fresh air," while still running his other companies. American Surveys in dedicated to serving the local community by providing accurate & excellent surveys.
