AIS boasts two mission-inspired foundations: AMETHYST Educational Consulting and 2) AMETHYST Rocks Change, which focuses on organizational change readiness, implementation, and impact. We are a remote entity based in San Francisco, California. AIS is a sole proprietor LLC founded in 2014 by Michelle Soleil Miller. As Principal consultant, Michelle has over 20 years of experience building expert learning experiences and change adoption initiatives in partnership with global utilities, technology, biotech, medical devices, fintech, and retail spaces. Michelle holds an MS Ed in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. When not consulting, she is a multimedia artist. AIS boasts two mission-inspired companies: 1) AMETHYST Educational Consulting and 2) AMETHYST Rocks Change, which focuses on organizational change strategies and implementation and impact measuring.
