AM Foundation is the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of AM International Holdings.
Founded in 2015, we are committed to undertaking CSR activities for our group member corporates, including Manali Petrochemicals Limited, Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited, Greenstar Fertilizers Limited, Sicagen India Limited, and others. Across our businesses, we share our resources and expertise to add value beyond our core business activities.
AM Foundation’s initiatives are focused on primary healthcare. Our objective is to bridge gaps in the local healthcare ecosystem by bringing quality healthcare closer to the communities that need it the most. We have three areas:
• Primary Health Care: The primary focus of our efforts is to deliver cleaner, healthier, and better life opportunities in the communities where our businesses operate by establishing and running primary health care centres. Our vision is to facilitate access to quality health care for the most vulnerable communities through initiatives aligned with their local needs.
• Sanitation & Drinking Water: Under this category, our goal is to build healthier communities by promoting the significance of personal hygiene, safe waste disposal, and an environment free of open defecation. Our larger goal is to prompt a change in mindsets, behaviour, and cultural norms.
• Wellness & Well-being: We recognise that a strong foundation is integral to the success of our efforts. Hence, we address the prerequisites for primary health care through awareness programmes focusing on hygiene, nutrition, immunisation, and wellness education.
As a strategy, we work with the local authorities and global organisations to collaborate on resources, expertise, and vision to innovate solutions. Together, we work to cater to the comprehensive health needs of vulnerable communities – from prevention to treatment.
Our efforts are focused on enhancing the quality of life for marginalised communities in Tamil Nadu, India.
