Assessment Management Group (AMG) specializes in the management of local improvement district billings. Founded in 1995, AMG has grown to manage over 140 districts ranging in size from one to eleven-thousand properties. The approximately 100,000 properties in our system has serviced over half a billion dollars of local government municipal bonds. We are extremely proud of our collection rate of nearly 100%.
