I strive to create a non-directive and non-judgmental space where you are comfortable, heard, and encouraged to reflect, realign and reimagine who you are, what you want, where you want to go, and how you want to get there, based on a new belief in your own capabilities, resilience and resourcefulness. My coaching is predominantly future-focused, facilitating personal and professional development to identify and realise positive change. Through raising self-awareness, I encourage you to explore personal values, drivers and meaning-making processes, as well as identify, apply and enhance existing strengths. As a qualified professional coach from the University of Cambridge, my work is informed by evidence-based research and my own continuing professional development through professional training and supervision. I also undertake research within the field of coaching psychology, with a particular focus on the impact of strengths coaching on well-being and performance. I specialise in educational, personal transition, and professional development coaching.
