AMICA is an Antwerp based company specialized in the management and handling of marine and commodity related risks and insurance claims for a variety of clients ranging from smaller nationally oriented firms to some of the world’s largest international trading companies. We can provide our clients with tailor-made insurance policies covering inter alia Cargo, Storage and/or Liability risks and we constantly develop new insurance products to accommodate the evolving needs of our clients. We also provide legal advice on a variety of matters, such as sale/purchase contracts, charterparties, bills of lading, warehousing contracts and credit facilities. We conduct arbitrations before various arbitral institutions, such as GAFTA, FOSFA and the LMAA, and can assist our clients in Court proceedings throughout the world.
