Our lab is a world pioneer and leader in developing and applying technologies and analytics for profiling of immune cells in single-cell and multiomics resolution. Using these technologies, we reveal cellular cell-cell interactions, signaling and regulatory circuits determining immune activity. These powerful single-cell technologies enable us to uncover novel cell types, pathways and targets of immune regulation in the fields of cancer, autoimmunity and neurodegenerative diseases. Together these unique technologies and knowhow enable us to develop the next generation of immunotherapies and precision medicine.
