Amleta è un’associazione di promozione sociale il cui scopo è contrastare la disparità e la violenza di genere nel mondo dello spettacolo. È stata fondata da 28 attrici distribuite su tutto il territorio nazionale. Amleta è un collettivo femminista intersezionale che punta i riflettori sulla presenza femminile nel mondo dello spettacolo, sulla rappresentazione della donna nella drammaturgia classica e contemporanea ed è un osservatorio vigile e costante per combattere violenza e molestie nei luoghi di lavoro. Discriminazioni, stereotipi, sessismo, abusi, gender gap, gender pay gap, gestione dei fondi pubblici: questo è il problema! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amleta is an association whose aim is to fight gender inequality and violence in the entertainment world. It was founded by 28 actresses from all over the country. Amleta is an intersectional feminist collective that focuses on the presence of women in the world of entertainment, on the representation of women in classical and contemporary drama, and acts as a vigilant and constant watchdog to identify and combat violence and harassment in the workplace. Do we want to work with stereotypes discrimination, sexism, abuse, gender gap, gender pay gap, and management of public funds without policies for gender equality? That is the question.
