L'Association Monégasque contre les Myopathies-Only Project a été créée en 2001 par des familles de garçons atteints par la myopathie de Duchenne avec pour objectif de lever des fonds en faveur de la recherche sur les thérapies.
Grâce aux fonds réunis notamment avec la vente aux enchères de montres pièces uniques Only Watch, l'association soutient de nombreux projets de recherche ainsi que le développement de candidats-médicaments.
