During his time at British American Tobacco, David served in several senior innovation roles, including Head of Product Development for tobacco heating products, Head of Global Discovery, and Head of Open Innovation. He has an extensive background in product strategy, product development, and new-to-world innovation. David has managed product development at every stage of the innovation cycle, from the front-end of innovation through to product design and development, and commercialization. He has worked across several industries, including tobacco, nicotine, and personal hygiene. Through Ammeld Consulting, David now provides consulting services to start-up and scale-up companies, with a focus on helping them reach their innovation goals. David specialises in creating future product pipelines and building partnerships with corporates.
