About American Museum of Natural History: Education Department
*** If you are a current student or alum of AMNH Education Programs, you can join the group by adding us to the Education section of your profile. *** The American Museum of Natural History is a global museum in one of the most diverse cities in the world, and we are committed to building an inclusive youth community that reflects that diversity. We believe in addressing the barriers that prevent everyone from equally participating in science, particularly on the basis of race, gender, or sexual orientation. High school students across our five boroughs experience science in a way that is creative, social, and relevant. Our student's complete semester-long classes in anthropology, conservation science, and evolutionary biology; complete internships in the natural sciences, science communication and coding, and dedicate years of learning to museum studies.
