The present & future of health is highly dependent on the ability of our body to process, understand & interpret everyday mind and body signals. The fast-paced hustle lifestyle often causes ignorance of what our thoughts, emotions, food & body is trying to communicate to us. These everyday relatively smaller incidents ultimately lead to the development of chronic hormonal, gut & mind related disorders.
