Amonics Limited was founded in 2002 by a group of enthusiastic and experienced research scientists and engineers in the field of fiber optics and optical science. Our mission is to advance optics technologies and facilitate their engineering applications by delivering our photonics instrumentation and integrated solutions with high quality and reliability and meeting application demands of our customers.
We are specialized in a wide range of optical instruments for telecommunications, fiber sensing, and bio-medical applications. For the customers with specific requirements, we also provide R&D partnership, customization and OEM services.
We are vastly experienced in the design and production of optical amplifiers and fiber lasers of a range of output power. Our optical amplifier product line includes Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifiers (EDFAs), Raman Amplifiers, Hybrid Raman-EDFA Amplifiers, Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers (SOAs) for transmission over metropolitan and long haul fiber optic communication networks.
Our broadband light sources encompass Amplified Spontaneous Emission (ASE), 1050 nm ASE, and Superluminescent Diode (SLED) broadband sources for optical component characterization and fiber-optic sensing applications. Our latest products are high-power pulsed laser systems for LiDAR applications.
We also have a line of products for optical transmission applications, including DFB lasers, FP lasers, Lightwave Transmitters, Lightwave Converters, Lightwave Receivers, and optical switches.
