We assist entrepreneurs in all aspects of business life (creation, drafting of legal documentation, scaling, fundraising, drafting contracts, trademark registration, mergers and acquisitions, hybrid structures ...). We also answer questions relating to commercial law, business law, corporate law, law of associations / foundations, intellectual property law, contract law, and tax law. Our activity is mainly dedicated to start-ups and social enterprises as well as getting their labels need to succeed in France (B-corp, SOSE, Enterprise ESS, ESUS accreditation...)
