AMP Procurement (AMP) provides supply chain management services to a range of customers. Principally operating within the defence sector, we also provides services to various government agencies including social housing projects and the NHS.
AMP Power Protection LTD (APPL) provides rugged Power Protection Solutions to customers working in industrial applications, including:- custom design, supply, testing, project management, independent testing, documentation, service and support of: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems and Commercial Off The Shelf(“COTS”) UPS products.

Background
AMP Group was formed in Sept 2016, with a vision to enter government procurement after an MOD Bulletin inviting new SME into the space, who would offer a value for money approach. Amp Group was awarded Contract 271 with BAE systems in Oct 2017.
We achieved ISO9001 in Oct 2017 and this accreditation was renewed in April 2019 - with zero NCR’s reported from BAE systems in the audit. The AMP Group founders have vast experience in both Procurement and Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - and are committed to providing outstanding client service.
Over the past 12 months AMP Group has built a reputation within BAE of being flexible: quick to react but also ensuring the highest standards of product quality.
In early 2020 we purchased the Intellectual Property Rights ("IPR") of Harland Simon UPS Limited ("HSUPS") and we established APPL to run this business. AMP Group therefore has full rights and access to all designs & documentation of all equipment supplied by HSUPS since 1995 (over 25 years.)
The Future
AMP Group continue to drive sustainable growth by increasing sales to existing client base but also converting newly formed customer relationships to sales revenue. We will continue development footholds in Australia and Canada - and build upon already established relationships with key suppliers in the global market.
