AMPERA is a consulting and project management company. It was founded in November 2006 and operated as AM Partners Consulting Company until May 2024. AMPERA was founded by two economists with many years of experience working together - Vahe Mambreyan and Vardan Aghbalyan. Since 2011 AMPERA already offered the range of services that is available till now. It includes monitoring and evaluation, public polling and surveys, economic and social research, strategic planning, business and investment planning, feasibility studies, market research and marketing, training and awareness raising. AMPERA is a stable partner of government agencies, international/donor organizations, as well as foreign and local private companies. Our clients include: a) the Government of the Republic of Armenia and its various structures (ministries, program implementation offices, state foundations, local self-government bodies), b) all international partners of Armenia, including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, UN agencies, the development and cooperation agencies of Germany, Switzerland, Austria, international charitable (World Vision), environmental (World Wide Fund for Nature) and other organizations, c) local non-governmental organizations and foundations that implement programs in various areas of the socio-economic sphere of Armenia, d) private companies from Armenia, the USA, Austria, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Georgia. Today AMPERA can be features as: a) a reliable partner for its over 60 customers; b) is the market leader in monitoring and evaluation services; c) has a project portfolio of about 200 contracts, which refer to about 30 sectors and areas of the economy and public life.
