Our company is a recent start up serving the developers of the Greater Sacramento region. The managers and workers of Ampere Construction have been plying the trades in California for better than three decades. Our forte is tenant improvements for commercial property. Our skill set revolves around any type of work having to do with commercial buildings.
Having learned the trades while working for more than one of Sacramento's developers, our President can help our clients navigate the oft "rough waters" of construction. As a superintendent at Gold Country Management he supervised the construction of many tilt up style buildings. These projects started with empty fields and ended with occupied buildings. At each phase of the project, Rick reconciled the blueprints with reality before the inspections so that they would go smoothly. It is still a personal goal of his to pass each inspection the first time. On par with passing inspections is creating a viable schedule for the trades. His scheduling is what keeps the project moving forward.
The executive officers of Ampere Construction spent a large portion of their careers in the electrical trade and are adept at installation of things electrical. Our scope includes everything from reading the blueprints to adhering to California's Title 24 and the NEC to troubleshooting issues that inevitably show themselves during a project. Both Rick and Michael joined the electrical trade in the 80's. After decades of working on electrical projects day in and day out makes so many decisions seem second nature. To continue in the electrical trade Michael sought and achieved certification from California. Our combined experience allows us to be able to view plans and projects with a critical eye.
Our goal in starting Ampere Construction is to continue in our chosen career bringing our skills in a variety of fields to those wanting to build and grow the economy of Sacramento Valley.
