We seek to partner with management teams who are focused on increasing the per-share intrinsic value of their enterprises and who are significant owners of their own stock.

Our portfolio is comprised of a select group of businesses that we intend to own for years. We tend to focus on smaller, publicly-traded companies in North America and Europe. Our investments span a variety of industries. Valuation discipline is an important component of our decision-making process.
Our Objective:
We primarily manage capital belonging to endowment and family office investors. Our objective is to maximize the long-term appreciation of their assets and compound their capital. We started in 2013 and began managing external assets in 2016.
