AmpliFide is a pioneering financial technology company that has developed an entirely new credit asset class - the Master Credit Participation Certificate or “CPC™”. The company is actively invested in shaping a new industry paradigm for lending by re-engineering the traditional credit market into a more agile and resilient model that permits capital to flow between opportunities more efficiently and with greater transparency. CPC products create an innovative, robust and scalable platform upon which both originators and participating lenders can lay a common foundation for making both credit opportunities and capital available across a global footprint. CPCs are founded upon well-established principles of loan participation, but by overlaying a “master” form of credit participation agreement in which standardized terms and conditions are uniformly applied, consistency and originator accountability result. This enables a broader array of participants to be reached for the acquisition of a diverse body of CPCs at varying pricing, performance and risk levels. Presently, 27 different types of CPCs are available that span the yield curve. Regardless of type, all CPCs are governed by a central credit contract that provides a universal platform for CPC governance, offering and administration. Through the development and commercialization of the CPC, AmpliFide is supporting the creation of a seamless, automated, free-market credit distribution network that is scalable and balances the critical needs of borrowers’ access to capital with the risk/return appetite of a broad spectrum of capital providers.
