Getting to where you want to be, together Amplified Customer Experience is a small consultancy that focused on leveraging the strategic advantage that Customer Experience can create by defining and executing CX strategies in mid-size businesses. Janelle Mansfield is our Customer Experience Evangelist and the heart of Amplified Customer Experience. She is passionate about helping leaders amplify the experience they provide their customers, recognizing that in today's current market it is difficult to differentiate without considering the experience. Over the last 17 years, Janelle has helped to elevate the practices of some of Canada's leading companies. She has a multi-discplinary background that enables her to work cross-functionally with her clients, be it those in finance, human resources, sales, marketing or operations. Janelle believes strongly that customer experience is everyone's responsibility, and that senior leaders have increasingly important role to play.
