Amplify | Mobilise| Change is a DG Murray Trust innovation project, designed to help South African civil society shift its thinking about and develop more creative, impactful and efficient online communication and technology practices.
The project consists primarily of a seven-month programme of part-time, yet intensive online learning, campaign development and strategic communication development where civil society participants can advance their strategic and practical skills and knowledge of digital communications.
We focus on core components of online communication, including strategic planning, audience research, social media management, web management, content strategy (including SEO), data analytics and creative production. We have spent the past four years piloting, learning, and producing a successful product and model, with over 100 organisations completing our programme.
We also run technical sessions every two weeks, connecting all members of our network with technologies and tools that can enhance their online communication work and achieve the outcomes and impact we hope to see.
