Until 2021, we worked together at Coutts & Co within the Sports, Media and Entertainment division, helping establish the team as the leading financial advisory team for those working within the Creative and Sports industries. As Managing Director, Simon Hopes led the team through a significant period of growth and success across many sectors, including TV, Film, Music, Art, Sport and Media. Kit Gurrin established himself as the key specialist for those within the music industry whilst also developing a significant sport practice. Sam Bedlow built the pre-eminent Art proposition within the sector whilst also managing an extensive entertainment based client portfolio. It was a fun and exciting period, but it was time to spread our wings. We wanted to truly represent the sectors that we love with no strings attached.
