we are a non-profit initiative on a mission to bridge the STEM gender gap by empowering and inspiring Zambian girls and women to take up STEM careers and to build a global network of women and girls in STEM and provide a platform and opportunities for them to excel in the field.
through our mentorship program we pair high school girls with female college students and professionals in STEM to provide career guidance and first hand knowledge about various STEM fields.
