Amplio Pharma is a novel and exciting product company developing improved versions of already great drugs. Amplio Pharma is a privately owned wholly women founded pharmaceutical company. Our vision is to develop and apply modern-day technology to fix the short-comings from drugs that otherwise have a proven track record in their disease area. Our first development candidate, Methotrexate Forte (AMP101), is being developed to boost the responder rate to current 1st line RA treatment from ca 35% to up to 70%. We reach this goal through inverse retention, where we maintain the active form of the 1st line treatment of choice - injectable low-dose Methotrexate - in the body for a longer period of time.
