Started in 1994 with development funds from Ingersoll-Rand and Owens-Corning R&D Centers with a focus on developing a cutting-edge finite element analysis tool for compressor design and molten glass fiber forming simulations.
Commercial development started in 1997 from the first blueprint with the main goal to deliver advanced finite element software based on modern software engineering design and the newest finite element theory.
Organized as AMPS Technologies in 2004 with a managing board consisting of four members from the CAE industry.
AMPS Tech was selected as one of the Emerging Technology Companies in 2006 Daratech SUMMIT2006.
