AMS Airlines was established in August of 2014. After a year of primary work, it applied for the Air Operator Certificate on the 1st of May 2015. On the 28th of September 2015 Georgian Civil Aviation Agency approved its request and it was granted AOC. On the 2nd of October 2015 it performed the first flight on its A300 B4. The aim of AMS Airlines is to become the region’s leading cargo airline by providing its customers with the best and most cost-effective solutions for the transportation of any kind of cargo. The AMS Airlines founding team believes that their success depends on delivering what their customers need and when they need it at any time and to any destination. Delivering cargo safely and on-time is a priority for AMS Airlines. The airline is available for transporting any type of cargo, including shipments requiring special handling or a temperature-controlled environment: -Animal transportation; -Dangerous goods and hazardous cargo; -Spare parts of boats. Ad hoc freight charters or regular flight contracts are available. AMS Airlines fleet of Airbus A300 aircraft meets the highest standards in aviation safety, and all its airplanes are equipped with the security systems, such as the Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS), ELT, ADF, and RVSM.
